Are you an experienced Premises Manager/Caretaker looking for work from the 8th March at a lovely Infant school in Tower Hamlets?

This full -time Premises Manager/Caretaker role is offering long-term hourly rates of between £12- £15 a day, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As the successful Premises Manager/caretaker, you will be responsible for the maintenance and basic repairs in and around the school, cleaning the classrooms, waste management, the safe operating of tools and equipment, the safe use of chemicals when cleaning, setting up new furniture and running errands as and when required by the school.

There is a 7Am start until 10Am and then the shift resumes from 3PM -6PM. You will be responsible also for opening and closing of the school.

The position commences on the 8th March with an initial commitment until Easter. It is likely that the role will continue for the Summer term.

The school are looking for a Premises Manager/Caretaker who possesses the following qualities:

Recent experience of working as a Premises Manager/Caretaker, ideally in a primary school although not essential
A calm, friendly and flexible disposition
A strong work ethic and good communication skills
Commitment from the 8th March until Easter potentially for the Summer term

Experience of working with as a Site Manager/Caretaker
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
