This Company is looking for a highly motivated professional to develop new retail sales and maintain existing accounts, covering Newcastle to Canberra - strong emphasis on Sydney Metro You will be responsible for:
• Establishing & executing sales plans & promotions
• Establishing & maintaining dealer relationships
• Territory development
• Formal and informal training to small retail teams
• Update customers with the latest company information
• Develop & execute strategies to increase market share
• Monitor market for pricing trends
• Attend & assist in coordinating trade shows
• Travel with little or no supervision To be part of this successful customer service team you will need:
• Personal experience in marine recreational activities
• Experience selling to retail marine dealers
• 3 years + experience in sales & marketing
• To be self motivated
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in technology marketplace
• Proven track record of sales successes
• Ability to present to large groups Work for a market leader.
