This role offers you the chance to drive retail business initiatives, build relationships with customers and meet the sales targets for the retail channel of the store. You will be given the opportunity to make a real difference to this channel by influencing and motivating others. Your understanding of planograms and excellent merchandising skills will see you succeed in this role.

Ideally, you will have demonstrated retail experience and the proven ability to influence and motivate a team. You enjoy working in a continuous improvement environment and always look to improve operational systems and customer satisfaction.
