Exploration geologist required to work on a small nickel/copper exploration program in remote Western Australia, 6 month FIFO from Perth - 2 weeks on 1 week off.

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the proposed West Musgrave exploration program on time and to budget.

Activities include planning, logging, sampling and interpretation of all planned drilling activities (diamond), ensuring technical KPI's are achieved for all geophysical activities and drill holes meet their design intent in relation to testing Giant resource potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate two years plus strong operational mining geoscientist/geology experience, relevant tertiary qualification, a high level of communication and the ability and drive to lead and mentor field teams. Also essential is high degree of attention to detail, required for accurately compiling reports, along with an outstanding safety ethic.

The small camp offers good facilities including a dry mess and a gym.
