Materials Controller / Planner, Expeditor - Logistics & Inventory Co-Ordinator We are looking for someone to plan and coordinate all the logistics for movement of materials and parts in the freight / automotive sector. Using the most cost efficient methodologies you will deliver on time (JIT) whilst fostering effective working partnerships with suppliers and vendors. With proven skills and capabilities managing inventory fluctuations, trends and ongoing management, you will be instrumental in business process improvements for production processes across multiple sites. Ideally the successful candidate will have a degree qualification, experience in a similar role, and experience expediting materials in a computerised inventory operation. Knowledge of a 'Just in Time' (JIT) environment is highly desired. A strong relationship with suppliers, great customer service skills, and a second language would also be well regarded.
