The successful candidate must have the following:

• Experience in functions/catering and up market restaurants
• The ability to work cooperatively in a small kitchen team
• Experience in creating and developing menus
• Enthusiasm and motivation to excel in the culinary profession
• The ability to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
