The successful candidate must have the following: - Experience in functions/catering and up market restaurants
- The ability to work cooperatively in a small kitchen team
- Experience in creating and developing menus
- Enthusiasm and motivation to excel in the culinary profession
- The ability to manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
