Our client is a national registered training organisation that has been successfully operating since 1997. They currently operate in Vic & QLD and employ 30 staff across three sites with the launch of the Sydney office due towards the end of 2010. With forecast strong growth due to several national strategic partnerships they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager to take their next step within an RTO environment or join this exciting industry. As part of a small client services team your responsibilities will include ensuring optimum service delivery to your clients, development of customised training plans, organising client training delivery strategies, attending trainee signups and working closely with Business Development Managers to coordinate the effective handover of clients. Marketing, management or business qualifications combined with client services or account management experience is ideal, however of equal importance is the passion, enthusiasm and initiative you bring to the role.
