As our turnaround gathers momentum we have several opportunities for highly experienced Strategy Managers to join our team. In these business critical roles you will be accountable for supporting the implementation of the overarching Merchandise strategy through managing a variety of key business initiatives, ensuring that these projects are delivered in the appropriate timeframe and within budget. Working closely with our Merchandise leadership team you will provide strategic direction, management and governance oversight of the priority programs and will provide expert level internal consulting services.

Your background in strategy consulting gained in either a top tier consulting firm or in-house, ideally with the retail or FMCG environment, coupled with your experience working effectively with clients to deliver commercially viable and effective solutions, will be paramount to your success in this role. Your strong analytical and commercial acumen along with an understanding of business drivers will see you excel. This role will require you to effectively engage with key individuals at all levels of our organisation, and as such effective relationship management and influencing skills will be essential. Pivotal to success in the role is creative strategic thinking, combined with project management and implementation skills and a high degree of drive and energy to achieve outcomes. You will be tertiary qualified, with MBA qualifications also highly regarded.
