Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Interacting with tour groups and school groups
- Responding to general customer enquiries
- Accurately recording visitor demographics
- Promoting and selling admission tickets, combination tickets and guidebooks
Successful applicants need to have:
- Enjoy working with people
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
