Java Portal Developer

Our reputable telecommunications client based in North Ryde is currently seeking an experienced Java Portal Developer to join their team of 25.
 
As the successful candidate you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills. You will have essential database skills along with a broad knowledge of Java and Unix platform.
 
Essential Skills and Experience

  • JAVA - 3+ years
  • Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
  • Strong Unix Platform Experience
  • Tomcat and Apache web-Servers experience
  • Spring MVC framework
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE
  • SQL and database schema design
  • Hibernate
Highly desirable are candidates with the above skill set and experience in Internet and Web technologies, practical experience with version control systems and/or experience with Web Services.
