Administration Co-ordinator

Due to growth they now require a dynamic administrator to join the team in the Office of the CEO.

This exciting and diverse role will see you be part of the co-ordination of key events, including venue arrangements, liaising with guest speakers, management of attendance registers, and providing administrative support in the development of marketing collateral. Other responsibilities will include database maintenance, processing of invoices and expenses, and travel co-ordination. Further to this you will also be required to support to the PA to the CEO providing relief during periods of absence.

To be successful in this role you will have some administration experience ideally gained within a corporate environment. Strong MS Office skills are essential along with attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
