The Director of Food and Beverage is looking for a restaurant manager for the restaurant, offering 70 seats inside, including the chef’s table of 12, and 30 seats outside. The menu, created by a brigade of 5 chefs, is a Modern Australian cuisine with strong French and Mediterranean influences. We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager, ideally been working in quality restaurants in remote locations or in vineyards. You will be in charge of a team of 20, be creative, able to drive the revenue up, use your knowledge with budgets and finances. You will have a strong knowledge in wines from Australia, New Zealand and Europe, be able to work with the Executive Chef in order to promote this outlet.
